Couple not quite worth the price

The landscape around the hotel was beautiful! Absolutely well maintained and really nice to walk around.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but alright for what we got.

Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find the hot tub out of order despite being told it was functioning. The employee's response was dismissive, and I felt misled about the pool hours. Additionally, the parking situation was extremely frustrating, with blocked exits that made leaving difficult.

I almost thought about giving a good review, but then found hair on my bed and stains on the sheets—how lovely. The heater smelled like it was burning. Is that normal here? Only mediocre treatment for my special needs. I expect more when I pay top dollar.

We enjoyed exploring nearby Rimgrove Park, where the kids loved the playground and picnic areas. The location was perfect for family outings, and the comfortable Queen Room made our stay pleasant.
